THE BRIDGEAcademy
Pricing

What it costs, before you ask.

Three ways to buy, priced differently because they are genuinely different things: a seat in a cohort alongside people from other companies, a day built for one organisation, or one-to-one work you pay for yourself. Nothing here is a starting position to be negotiated up.

One · A seat in a cohort

Eight or more people, from different companies

The minimum of eight is about the room, not the invoice. Below eight the labs lose their range — and a room drawn from several organisations argues more honestly than one where everybody reports to the same person.

FormatWhat it includesPrice
Workshop, one dayAny of the three flagship days. Scoping, the health check before and after, the day itself, all materials and the follow-up pack.€500–600per person
Workshop, two daysThe same material over two days, with far more worked time on your own situation.€700–800per person
Team programmeSix to ten weeks. Weekly live sessions, applied work between them, materials, and the closing measurement.€1,999per person

Per person, excluding VAT. All three flagship days — The Bridge, The Three-Way Bridge and The AI-Native Manager — are one day and sit on the one-day row.

Two · In-house

One organisation, built around your situation

Quoted per engagement, built around the same baseline as the cohort price. It is not a discount, and it is usually not the cheaper option — it is the one that does more, because everything in it is aimed at you.

What the in-house version adds:

  • The labs run on your backlog. Your estimates, your architecture decision, your metric argument — not a case study, because a case study lets everyone stay polite.
  • The health check is scored on your organisation before and after, so the spread that closes is your spread and the number means something internally.
  • The decision-rights map is real on Monday. Written and signed by the people who actually hold those rights, rather than rehearsed by people who go back to different companies.
  • The assembly changes. Which modules, in what order, at what depth, decided from what the scoping conversation and the instrument surface — not from a fixed agenda.
  • No eight-person minimum. A leadership team of five or six is a normal in-house shape and a bad cohort shape.

What it costs. The exact number still comes after a scoping conversation, because it depends on how much is built for you. But you should not have to book a call to find out whether it is in your range, so here is the shape of it:

In-houseTypicallyFrom
One dayAround €8,000 for a room of twelve€6,000
Two daysAround €12,500 for a room of twelve€9,500
Team programme€22,000–30,000 for a full team€18,000

Excluding VAT. The floor is what a small leadership team costs — five or six people is a normal in-house shape, and the preparation is the same. A worked example: twelve people, one day, about €8,000. The same twelve buying cohort seats would pay €6,000–7,200; the difference is the preparation that makes the labs yours rather than a case study.

Which signature it needs: an in-house day sits inside most European scale-up CTOs’ and directors’ discretionary authority. A programme usually does not.

Often no charge the first time for a named organisation, then €1,500 per session, excluding VAT. Priced per session, not per person.

On-site outside Athens adds travel at cost, agreed in writing before anything is booked — never added to an invoice afterwards.

Three · One to one

One person, usually paying for themselves

These prices include VAT. If you are buying personally rather than through a company you cannot reclaim it, so the number below is the number you pay. No group to assemble and no approval to chase. The only commitment is mentoring, which runs for six months minimum — that is in the table below, not in the small print.

ServiceWhat it includesPrice inc. VAT
The DiagnosticThe intake, ninety minutes, and the written one-pager within two working days.€350
MentoringAn hour a month, questions in between, and written notes after every session.€400a month · €2,400 for six
Coaching sprintSix sessions across ten weeks, the goal written down at the start and checked at the last.€2,000

Buying through a company? Say so and I will invoice excluding VAT, so it can be reclaimed.

What happens if it goes wrong

Most training sites stop at the price. These are the terms, on the page rather than in a document you see after you have committed.

  • Moving a date. Either of us can move a booked date up to fourteen days beforehand at no charge. Inside fourteen days I will still try, and I will not pretend it is free if the preparation is already done.
  • Cancelling. More than fourteen days out, a full refund. Inside fourteen days, half, because the assembly and the health check have already happened.
  • If I cancel. A full refund and I find you another date. That is not your problem to absorb.
  • If the day does not land. For workshops carrying the instrument: if the spread between functions has not moved at eight weeks, the follow-up session is at no charge. I will not promise the spread moves — that depends on what you do afterwards — but I will not charge you twice to look at why it did not.
  • The Diagnostic. If the written page is not useful, say so and I will not invoice it. It is ninety minutes and it should earn its own fee.
If the number does not work

The rate is not discounted; the scope is. If the figure is wrong for you, the honest answer is a smaller engagement — a briefing instead of a day, a cohort seat instead of an in-house day, or the diagnostic instead of a sprint — not the same thing for less.

What is always included
  • Scoping, including the health check where it applies.
  • All materials for everyone who attends, to keep.
  • The follow-up pack — templates, exercises and a reading list.
  • The eight-week re-measurement for workshops and programmes.
  • A written proposal before anything is agreed, and an invoice that matches it.
How to book
  1. A thirty-minute call

What is going wrong, who is in the room, what has been tried.

  2. A written proposal

The assembly, the outcomes, the measurement, the price and the terms.

  3. A date

If the date you need is tight, say so on the call and I will tell you straight away whether it is possible.

Know the number. Still want to check the fit?

Thirty minutes. You describe what is going wrong; I tell you which of these actually fits, including when the answer is none of them.
